Ping Pong is many things to many people, For us, it is Ping Pong for HEALTH wholistically! The 5 components you must experience to truly appreciate ping pong, Spiritual, Technical, Tactical, Mental and Physical. 

Will it improve health ? Naturally you would ask, well we can only answer when you join our sessions. 

Whilst Ping Pong remains a sport, it can truly develop a wholesome character and person in each and every player.
