Spiritual

Mankind does not happen to be on earth by chance. The sooner the realization of the All Living and All Aware, The Almighty and the submission and worship, the faster mankind learns to grow and move forward with a purpose in our lives.

Moto movements that allows you to play ping pong effortlessly .

Technical 

We are not referring to the technical side of ping pong but rather the "physics" side of it, that is to say the Sports Science of it, such as bio-mechanics, moto movements, body's natural reaction to movements while engaged in ping pong particularly those which will improve our health and minimize those that may harm it.

Tactical 

Tactical ping pong is gaining much attention now, however some tactical aspects can be harmful both to the physical and mental health of those participating in the sport. 

Simply there are too much to cover here, most players spends time after a game to simply get together and talk for hours, primarily on tactics of winning the opponents. We would like to focus on how ping pong will improve your health.

Mental 

This is the faculty that keeps many players having sleepless nights and some with immense joy howbeit a short time. The sport involves Eye to Hand coordination thus allowing the player to move effortlessly in the game. However it (analyzing) also cripples the players as they develop "bad" habits. 

 

Practice does not make perfect, it makes permanent, However close to perfect (the right way) practices brings one closer to playing with ease and enjoyment. 

 

Similarly, players with a "bad" attitude also affects the mentality of other players playing with them.

 

Understanding the rules and ethics  of the sport plays an important part toward the mental and physical health of all involved in the sport of ping pong.

Physical 

Each players physiology has it's part to play in the development. We are not moving into "Talent Identification"

Young players must be guided to ensure safety first, and the importance of proper development of their growing years. Special attention must be given to ensure they will not suffer injuries both mental and physical.

Adult players and stakeholders (parents) play an important role to the general physical health of all concern, however the majority of adult players do not fully understand the implications of what they say and do that affects people around them.

The Senior category is the most venerable. This is because they have to keep up whilst their body is somewhat slowing down.

Ping Pong for HEALTH is a movement where we inculcate the finer details of how to enjoy the sport at the same time ensure healthy developments.
