Ping Pong for Health

Ping Pong or table tennis as it is known for worldwide has 5 crucial aspects (I have added - Spiritual) 4 actually commonly known. These are Technical, Tactical, Mental and Physical. I will deal with all aspect here, whilst the equipment and tournaments under Black Dragon Sports

All young and old alike plays ping pong at one stage or another. Some improve very quickly, some takes a longer time to improve.

Some are embarrassed some are not so keen, however all are benefited because of the exercise and the result of sweating it out.

In totality, ping pong is actually good for your health. Whether you play it for fun or you play it competitively. Someone once said, the 3 sports that would need a Coach / Guru are Martial Arts, Golf and Table Tennis. Why ? Because if you set off on the wrong "footing" you could develop habits that will deter your future progress.

Come to think of it. It is very very true. Once set in your ways, good or bad, it is so difficult to change. In Table Tennis there are so many variations and changes, that if you don't keep up, you'd be left behind.
